Stella Royale: Stella Royale is a traditional style of pressed sheep milk cheese from northwest Spain. The Churra breed that provides the milk is a native of the region, and able to survive the extremes in climate. The paste of the cheese is firm and granular; the olive oil aroma finishes with a nutty flavor. The high quality milk produces an exceptionally tasty and nutritious cheese.
